对加工过程最优自适应控制进行了探讨,提出了基于GA的切削用量优化方法和基于多感知融合策略的刀具磨损检测技术,建立了一种新的加工过程智能最优自适应控制系统。
The optimal adaptive control of machining process is discussed. A cutting optimization method based on GA and a tool wear detection technology based on multi-sensing fusion strategy are proposed. A new intelligent optimal adaptive control system for machining process is established.
