经理论分析及试验研究,提出了双层辉光离子渗钨钼手用锯条齿部合金化层含碳量的确定方法,导出渗碳时计算齿部合金化层含碳量的经验公式,通过淬火、回火及切削试验选了了离子渗钨钼手用锯条齿部的最佳含碳量。
Based on theoretical analysis and experimental research, the method to determine the carbon content in the alloy layer of the teeth of the double-glow tungsten-molybdenum hand saw blade was proposed. The empirical formula for calculating the carbon content of the alloy layer during the carburizing was derived. Quenching, tempering and cutting tests selected the best tungsten ion-doped molybdenum hand saw blade teeth of the best carbon content.
