探讨儿童体感诱发电位(SEPs)的正常值。方法对30例8~14岁健康儿童记录和测量了刺激胫后神经引起的脊髓和皮层SEPs正常值,并计算出胜后神经的传导速度。结果①SEPs各波潜伏期与身高(或腿长)均呈高度正线性相关(r=0.73~0.90,P<0.01),与年龄、体重亦呈正相关(r=0.54~0.71,P<0.05;N20与体重无关),而潜伏期与年龄、体重的正相关是由身高引起的。②P40-N20波间期(即中枢传导时间)与身高、年龄、体重均无显著相关关系(r=0.26~0.00,P>0.05)。结论、SEPs潜伏期正常值应按其与身高的回归方程确定,P40-N20波间期正常值可按其绝对值确定
To investigate the normal values of somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) in children. Methods 30 normal children aged 8-14 years old were recorded and measured the normal values of SEPs stimulating the posterior tibial nerve in the spinal cord and cortex, and the conduction velocity of the injured nerve was calculated. Results ① The latency and height (or leg length) of each wave of SEPs were highly positively correlated (r = 0.73-0.90, P <0.01), and positively correlated with age and body weight (r = 0.71, P <0.05; N20 has nothing to do with body weight), while the positive correlation between latency and age and body weight is caused by height. There was no significant correlation between P40-N20 wave interval (CNS) and height, age and weight (r = 0.26-0.00, P> 0.05). Conclusion: The normal latency of SEPs should be determined according to its regression equation with height. The normal values of P40-N20 wave interval can be determined according to its absolute value
