自发性肾破裂少见,其原发病因多是肾肿瘤,1986年我院收治肾输尿管结石所致肾积水自发性肾破裂3例,现报告如下。病例报告例1,男,30岁。无何诱因右腹剧烈疼痛伴持续右腰隐痛15天,突然加剧并扩展至全腹疼痛、腹胀、肛门停止排便排气、无尿12小时,以“腹膜炎”急诊入院。检查:右上腹扪及一儿头大、触痛、不可移动的包块,全腹压痛、肌紧张、反跳痛,有移动性浊音,肠鸣音消失。右肾区丰满,有叩击痛。腹腔穿刺液化验:RBC(+),WBC(++),淀粉酶正常。拟诊弥漫性腹膜炎,作急诊剖腹探查,腹腔内有黄色微浊腹水1800 ml,各内脏无异常;右
Spontaneous renal rupture rare, the primary cause of renal tumors are mostly in our hospital in 1986 treated renal ureter stones caused by spontaneous renal rupture in 3 cases, are as follows.
