In recent years, the development of endourology and various gravel technologies has opened up a new way for the surgical treatment of upper urinary calculi. However, the treatment of large antler stones and complex stones is not yet satisfactory, still need open surgery. This article only summarizes the status of endourology and various gravel techniques.
