在第一批24家“百龙工程”企业(本刊第2期已作过介绍)的基础上,日前,水利部又将长江水利电力股份有限公司等17家企业列为第二批“百龙工程”企业。我们衷心祝愿列入“百龙工程”的企业,能认真贯彻落实党的十五大精神,切实按照部党组实施“百龙工程”的总体部署,进一步解放思想,加大改革力度,完善企业改革和发展规划,抓住机遇,加快发展,为全国水利经济体制改革创造经验,为水利产业的改革和发展做出更大的贡献。
