The rise and prosperity of personal knowledge sharing on the Internet has laid a broad public foundation for creating a brand new public domain of knowledge. Based on the practice of personal knowledge sharing of librarians based on internet blogs, this paper explores the basic characteristics of personal bloggers’ knowledge sharing and their special value to the subject, object and knowledge sharing environment of knowledge sharing.
