目的:本文旨在探讨三种充填龋洞材料的临床疗效。方法:选取254颗龋坏牙齿,随机分为3组,Fx-Ⅱ玻璃离子组85颗,卡瑞斯玛树脂组86颗,银汞合金组83颗,进行龋洞充填。治疗后半年、1年、2年各复查1次。结果:Fx-Ⅱ玻璃离子组两年的成功率为89.3%、81.9%,卡瑞斯玛树脂组两年成功率为82.0%、69.7%,银汞合金组两年的成功率为80.2%、66.1%。FX-II玻璃离子组与卡瑞斯玛树脂组无显著性差异,(p>0.05),Fx-Ⅱ玻璃离子组与银汞合金组有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:Fx-Ⅱ玻璃离子充填材料充填龋洞操作简便,有良好的生物学性能,是一种很好的充填材料。
Objective: This article aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of three filling cavities material. Methods: 254 carious teeth were selected and randomly divided into three groups: 85 Fx-II glass ion-exchange groups, 86 Carrizol resin groups and 83 amalgam groups. Six months after treatment, 1 year, 2 years each review 1. Results: The success rates of Fx-Ⅱ glass ion group in two years were 89.3% and 81.9% respectively. The two-year success rates of the two groups were 82.0% and 69.7% respectively. The two-year success rate of the silver-mercury alloy group was 80.2% 66.1%. There was no significant difference between FX-II glass ionomer group and Carriesma resin group (p> 0.05). There was significant difference between Fx-II glass ionomer group and amalgam group (p <0.05). Conclusion: Fx-Ⅱ glass ionomer filling material filled cavities is easy to operate and has good biological properties. It is a good filling material.
