According to the Order of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China No. 337, the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Foreign-funded Insurance Companies” that came into force on January 1, 2002 stipulate that foreign insurance companies applying for the establishment of foreign-funded insurance companies shall meet the following conditions: Insurance business for more than 30 years; 2.
