矿区与农村之间的和谐关系随着时代的发展越来越受到人们的关注,在共建和谐社会的今天对矿农关系提出了更高的要求。矿区是我国开采矿物的区域,是重要的能源产业之一,而矿区与所在农村关系是否和谐直接影响着矿产业务的顺利开采和发展。随着社会能源经济的不断发展,矿农关系呈现出滞后性,矿区和农村的关系更为复杂化,针对此种现象探讨运用法律手段处理矿山与周边农村的矛盾,提出相应处理措施。
With the development of the times, the harmonious relationship between mining areas and rural areas has drawn more and more attention. Nowadays, the harmonious relationship between miners and peasants is put forward higher requirements in the process of building a harmonious society. The mining area is the area where our country mines minerals and is one of the important energy industries. Whether the mining area is in harmony with its rural area directly affects the smooth mining and development of the mining business. With the continuous development of social energy economy, the relations between miners and peasants are lagging behind. The relationship between mines and rural areas is more complicated. In view of this phenomenon, the contradiction between mines and surrounding rural areas is dealt with by legal means and corresponding measures are put forward.
