通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法研究团体操对中学生体育美学素质的影响,结果表明团体操不仅能提高学生的审美能力,增强学生的形体和运动感觉,而且对其他运动技能的掌握也有明显的促进作用,同时也能培养学生的团结协作精神。
