自改革开放以来,我国的国民经济得到突飞猛进的发展,但随之出现的消极腐败现象不同程度地干扰了改革开放政策的推行。中央领导同志曾多次指出,要把反腐败、端正党风勤政廉政作为大事坚决持久地抓下去。为了巩固和发展改革开放的大好形势,中央从整顿经济秩序、加强党风廉政建设两个方面采取了强有力的措施,并及时地召开了全国组织工作会议和中央纪委第二次全会,开展反腐败斗争。
Since the reform and opening up, the national economy of our country has made rapid development, but the consequent negative corruption has interfered with the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up to varying degrees. The central leading commanders have pointed out on numerous occasions that we must resolutely and lastingly persist in fighting corruption and upholding the party style and doing well in the party conduct and clean government as a major issue. In order to consolidate and develop the excellent situation of reform and opening up, the Central Committee took strong measures both in terms of rectifying the economic order and strengthening the party’s work style and building a clean and honest administration, and convened the National Organization Work Conference and the Second Plenary Session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in a timely manner, Corruption struggle.
