[目的]建立测定甘草酸二铵含量的瑞利散射法。[方法]在一缩二乙二醇作稳定剂的条件下,甘草酸二铵与四苯基氯化磷发生相互作用,使体系在λ=482.98 nm处的光散射增强,并且增强的散射强度与甘草酸二铵的含量成正比,据此利用四苯基氯化磷为光谱探针瑞利散射法测定甘草酸二铵,同时优化了体系光散射检测的实验参数。[结果]在最佳的实验条件下,对甘草酸二铵测定的线性范围0.21~13.3 mg/L,检出限为0.063 mg/L。[结论方法应用于实际甘草酸二铵注射液样品中甘草酸二铵的测定,结果满意。
[Objective] To establish a Rayleigh scattering method for the determination of diammonium glycyrrhizinate.
