3月29日,北京亚运村北辰购物中心的周大生专柜,没有千足金首饰销售。此时,据央视3·15晚会曝光千足金首饰成色不足过去14天。两周中,我们不断收到千足金首饰下柜的消息。两名客户主动致电我们,将杂志上刊登的企业信息中的“千足金”(含量等于或大于99.9%的黄金)改为“足金”(含量等于或大于99%的黄金)。北京、上海、长沙、武汉、济南反馈的信息类似,商家们不约而同地更改标签,磨去印记中的“千”字。这场来自3·15晚会曝光的危机,源自两家企业,最终变成了群体事件。大家的关注点进一步聚焦:千足金首饰将何去何从?黄金行业何时拾起声誉?判断未来,我的观点是,短期内千足金首饰份额必将缩减,长远也难言乐观。
