果树保护地栽培主要是利用温室、塑料大棚及其它保护设施,通过对棚室微环境的调控,达到果品生产目标的人工调节,实现反季节生产绿色高档果品,取得果品淡季供应的高效益。我国的果树保护地栽培始于20世纪50年代,大规模发展在80年代末至90年代。目前,保护地果树栽培的果树品种较多,如草莓、葡萄、桃、油桃、樱桃、李、杏、枣、木瓜等,栽培面积增长很快,特别是山东省增长速度最快,并且品种多,技术起点高,栽培技术也较成熟,已成为全国保护地栽培生产的中心。应广大果农要求,本刊将对果树保护地栽培技术作系列介绍。
