研究了乙酰丙酮与丙烯腈在醋馥钾一乙二醇催化下合成一氰乙基化乙酰丙酮的方法。4-乙酰基-5-氧代已腈(Ⅰ)的产率为86%。由Ⅰ得到的酮酸(Ⅱ)在硫酸铁催化下与醇反应得到了相应的酮酸酯(Ⅲ_(a~g))。产率为7l%~98%。Ⅱ在硫酸铁催化下直接环合得到5-乙酰基-6-甲基-3,4-二氢化α-吡喃酮(Ⅳ)。Ⅲ_(b~g),Ⅳ是未见文献报导的新化合物。
A method for the synthesis of moncyanoethylated acetylacetone catalyzed by acetylacetone and acrylonitrile over potassium keto-ethylene glycol acetate was studied. The yield of 4-acetyl-5-oxononitrile (I) was 86%. The keto acids (Ⅱ) obtained from Ⅰ reacted with alcohols under the catalysis of ferric sulfate to give the corresponding keto esters (Ⅲ_ (a ~ g)). The yield was 7l% ~ 98%. Ⅱ is directly cyclized by iron sulfate to give 5-acetyl-6-methyl-3,4-dihydro-α-pyrone (Ⅳ). Ⅲ_ (b ~ g), Ⅳ is a new compound reported in the literature.
