采用EPRI工程估算方法,计算了焊接残余应力对裂纹推力(J积分、CMOD、CTOD)的影响规律;并研究了在焊接残余应力的影响中,残余拉应力区半宽(RBW)和硬化指数(n)的作用,得到了一些裂纹推力和外载及RBW、n之间的一定定量关系。研究结果表明:对于同一种材料,随RBW增加裂纹推力值增高,残余应力的影响作用加强;并且这种影响作用随外载的增大而降低。此外,计算结果还表明:焊接残余应力对裂纹推力的影响和材料的硬化指数n有密切关系;n越小,材料的强化性能越高,残余应力的影响作用越大。
The effects of welding residual stress on crack thrust (J-integral, CMOD and CTOD) were calculated by using the EPRI engineering estimation method. The influence of welding residual stress on the half width of residual tensile stress (RBW) and hardening index n), a certain quantitative relationship between the crack thrust and external load and RBW, n was obtained. The results show that, with the same material, the effect of residual stress is enhanced with the increase of the crack thrust value with RBW, and the effect decreases with the increase of external load. In addition, the calculation results also show that the influence of welding residual stress on the crack thrust is closely related to the hardening index n of the material; the smaller n is, the higher the strengthening property of the material is and the greater the effect of residual stress is.
