病毒性心肌炎至今尚无特效治疗。有关肾上腺皮质激素(简称激素)的应用,意见亦不一致。兹将我院内科1974-1981年住院病例中应用激素治疗的88例(激素组),和未用激素的92例(非激素组)加以比较,着重观察激素对各种心律失常和心包心肌炎的疗效。
