自1994年以来,临朐县积极组织实施绿色证书工程试点教育,在搞好试点,取得经验的基础上,由点到面,逐步推开。特别是去年以来,进一步加大工作力度,开展大规模的“绿证”培训,在全县范围内掀起了学科技用科技的高潮。到目前为止,已有8820名农民获得“绿色证书”,还有6000多名农民正在接受“绿色证书”培训。在“绿证”教育工作中,主要是强化了“三抓”措施。 一、抓组织领导,为全面实施绿色证书工程打好基础。一是层层成立领导班子。县里成立了领导小组,具体负责组织协调全县绿证工程工作,各乡镇也都成立了相应的组织领导机构,设立了绿证培训中心。二是制定规划,目标。临朐县于1995年制定了
