北京城建五公司物资租赁分公司,现有职工29人,其中:党员13人;新图公司36人;民工40人。共计105人。主要担负公司周转材料供应任务。1997年以来,分公司根据上级实行厂务公开的要求,结合本单位实际,认真推行厂务公开,加强民主管理,促进企业发展,年年超额完成公司下达的经济技术指标。我们实行厂务公开的基本做法和体会是:
