SPLASH模式已在世界上许多国家推广应用。近年来,修改过的SPLASH模式又应用于孟加拉湾的风暴潮预报。其预报技术已在世界气象组织召开的风暴潮恳谈会(1980年11月10—15日,仰光)上交流过。 我国曾就登陆型台风进行过SPLASH模式的应用实验。实验表明:只要预报海域符合模式的要求,其预报精度是令人满意的。后来,该模式(1972)的作业步骤又简化了,应用也更方便。要确定开阔海岸登陆台风的最大增水值,只需要3张预先做好的诺模图。美
SPLASH model has been promoted in many countries in the world. In recent years, the modified SPLASH model has been applied to storm surge forecast in the Bay of Bengal. Its forecasting technology has been exchanged at the storm surge symposium (Yangon, November 10-15, 1980) held by the World Meteorological Organization. China has conducted experiments on the landfall typhoon SPLASH mode. Experiments show that as long as the prediction of the sea area meets the requirements of the model, the prediction accuracy is satisfactory. Later, the mode (1972) operation steps and simplified, the application more convenient. To determine the maximum value of water on an open ocean landing typhoon, only three pre-made nomograms are needed. nice
