本文主要是对我国当前体育的经济方面以及人才需求方面的发展现状进行了分析和探讨,通过和国外的体育经济以及人才方面的对比,相应的提出了如何正确的对我国现代的体育经济的观念和现状加以充分的认识,这也是促进我国体育经济良好发展的前提条件,体制的变更和改革是我国体育经济发展的核心,建设社会主义市场经济体制,将我国体育经济和国际体育想结合的基本需要,所以建立以人为本的战略发展,正确调整我国在体育人才培养方面的工作是我国体育经济改革的重要环节,也是促进我国体育经济市场健康发展的保证。
