研究了2-(2′-呋喃基)苯并咪唑(FBD)和邻苯二胺(OPA)在无水乙醇溶液中的紫外吸收光谱;测定了FBD在305nm和321nm处的摩尔吸光系数;建立了FBD的紫外光度分析法,在0.01~10mg/L的浓度范围,采用321nm的测定波长,5mg/L的OPA不干扰测定,结果满意。
The UV absorption spectra of 2- (2’-furyl) benzimidazole (FBD) and o-phenylenediamine (OPA) in absolute ethanol were studied. The molar extinction coefficients of FBD at 305nm and 321nm were determined. FBD UV spectrophotometry in the concentration range of 0.01 ~ 10mg / L, using the determination wavelength of 321nm, 5mg / L OPA does not interfere with the determination, the results are satisfactory.
