[目的]了解山东省全球基金艾滋病滚动整合项目省、市、县三级项目经费执行情况,及时发现和解决问题,为制定相关措施提供依据。[方法]对山东省全球基金艾滋病滚动整合项目2010年经费使用资料进行分析。[结果]2010年,山东省全球基金艾滋病滚动整合项目到账率为77.97%,经费使用率为98.76%。4大目标的经费使用率分别为91.08%、97.18%、107.17%、100.92%。山东省本级、市级、县级经费执行率分别为99.49%、97.36%、99.09%。[结论]山东省全球基金艾滋病滚动整合项目2010年经费使用情况较好。
[Objective] To understand the implementation of the project funds of provincial, city and county levels in the global fund AIDS rolling integration project of Shandong Province, discover and solve the problems in time, and provide the basis for formulating relevant measures. [Method] This paper analyzes the funds used in 2010 of the Global Fund AIDS Roll Integration Project in Shandong Province. [Results] In 2010, the pledged rate of 77.97% for the rolling-integration project of global fund AIDS in Shandong Province was 98.76%. The utilization rate of the four major targets was 91.08%, 97.18%, 107.17% and 100.92% respectively. Shandong Province, at the level, municipal, county funding implementation rates were 99.49%, 97.36%, 99.09%. [Conclusion] The funds of Shandong Province Global Fund AIDS Rolling Integration Project are better used in 2010.
