一、今年经济工作的指导思想、奋斗目标和需要把握好的几个问题今年是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、积极推进社会主义和谐社会建设的重要一年。根据党的十六届六中全会和中央经济工作会议精神,宁夏经济工作的指导思想是:以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面贯彻落实科学发展观,着力推进产业结构调整和转变经济增长方式,着力推进“两化一新”进程,着力推进和谐宁夏和创新型宁夏建设,实现经济又好又快发展和社会全面进步,以优异的成绩迎接党的十七大的胜利召开。
