It has been more than two years since the villagers’ committee was implemented in the Organic Law. This law has played a safeguard role in carrying out villagers’ autonomy in the vast majority of rural areas, promoting democratic election at the village level, making democratic decisions, exercising democratic management, and supervising democracy, and implementing the principle of governing the village by law and building a democratic village.
