在一个金融体系不健全又缺乏有效监管的金融市场里,机构投资者往往与金融市场的波动联系在一起,20世纪80年代以来国际机构投资者对发展中国家金融安全的冲击就是很好的证明。从当前我国金融体系的实际情况来看,境外机构投资者参与我国金融市场同样将给我国的金融安全带来消极影响,这必须引起我们的高度重视并采取积极的防范措施。
In a financial market with poor financial systems and lack of effective regulation, institutional investors are often linked to fluctuations in financial markets. The impact of international institutional investors on financial security in developing countries since the 1980s is a good example . Judging from the actual situation of China’s financial system, the participation of overseas institutional investors in China’s financial markets will also have a negative impact on China’s financial security. This must arouse our attention and take active precautionary measures.
