当前随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,我国的企业也在不断的发展与壮大。我国企业之所以能够不断的发展,就需要很强的经济基础和广阔的市场资源,同时还需要企业工作人员有良好的政治觉悟。在现代企业的制度之下,对于企业政工的工作也有了更高、更严的要求。本文阐述了现代企业制度之下,企业的政工工作的必要性,以及在现代企业制度之下企业的政工工作的现状,并在对企业政工工作现状的探究过程中提出了能够确保在现代企业制度之下的政工工作,能够有效开展的相应措施,从而能够使我国企业的政工队伍不断壮大。
