本文讨论了用三种不同冶炼工艺生产的轴承钢中氧含量、非金属夹杂物对接触疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,用低碱度渣-吹氩处理工艺生产的轴承钢具有较高的接触疲劳寿命。该工艺已应用于生产。
This article discusses the oxygen content of bearing steels produced using three different smelting processes, and the effects of non-metallic inclusions on the contact fatigue life. The results show that the bearing steel produced by low alkalinity slag - argon blowing process has high contact fatigue life. The process has been applied to production.
