棉红铃虫性信息素已在我国广泛地应用于该虫的测报.该性信息素的合成已有报道。为了使原有的合成路线更适宜于大量生产,本文报道如下的改进合成路线。■棉红铃虫性信息素是Z,Z-7,11-十六双烯-1-醇乙酸酯(1)及Z,E-7,11-十六双烯-1-醇乙酸酯(2)的1:1混合物咖。我们曾由Z-辛烯-3-醇(3)及E-辛烯-3-醇(4)分别经四步反应而制得1及2,然后配成1与2的等量混合物以供大田试验。由于从3及4合成1及2的各步产率和纯度几乎相同,因此我们采用3与4的1:1混合物进行上述反应。该
Cotton bollworm sex pheromone has been widely used in China to detect the insects.The synthesis of sex pheromone has been reported. In order to make the original synthetic route more suitable for mass production, the article reports the following improved synthesis route. ■ Pink bollworm sex pheromone is Z, Z-7,11-hexadecadien-1-ol acetate (1) and Z, E-7,11-hexadecadien-1-ol acetic acid Ester (2) 1: 1 mixture of coffee. We have prepared 1 and 2 from Z-octen-3-ol (3) and E-octen-3-ol (4) in four steps respectively, then dubbed mixture of 1 and 2 for Field test. Since yields and purities are almost the same for each of Steps 1 and 2 from Steps 3 and 4, we performed the above reaction using a 1: 1 mixture of 3 and 4. This
