统计是计划的基础。而统计数字的准确性又决定着统计工作的质量。随着当前经济体制改革的不断深入、企业之间的竞争关系以及企业的生产组织管理形式又出现了诸多新的变化。这种变化引起了考察国民经济发展速度和企业生产成果的重要指标“工业总产值”计算范围之改变,并进而影响到诸多相关指标的核算,鉴于此,本文对新形势下(尤指企业兼并出现后)产值指标之计算方法做了探讨。
Statistics are the basis of the plan. The accuracy of statistics determines the quality of statistical work. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the current economic system, the competitive relationship between enterprises, and the form of production organization and management of enterprises, many new changes have emerged. This change has led to changes in the scope of calculation of the “industrial gross value of production”, an important indicator for examining the speed of development of the national economy and the production of enterprises, and has affected the calculation of many related indicators. In view of this, this article addresses the new situation (especially the merger of enterprises). After the appearance of) the calculation method of the output value index was discussed.
