Malignancies arising from vascular tissue are rare and highly malignant and can involve the skin and various internal organs. The lack of specificity of the skin lesions, and the pathology is very special, an important basis for diagnosis. In 1975, we found a total of two cases of diffuse malignant endothelium hyperplasia, the other case of malignant hemangioendothelioma. Both cases had skin lesions first and died shortly after onset. up to now
