认真贯彻“科技兴医”战略,坚持“科技兴站”,以深化改革为动力,依靠科技进步,全面加强重点学科建设和跨世纪人才培养,到本世纪末,力争部分学科达到国内先进水平,一批重点青年学科带头人或科技骨干脱颖而出,使河北省站综合卫生防病技术能力再上新台价,早日跨入全国省级站行列,这是河北省站“九五”期间重点学科建设和培养跨世纪学术与技术带头人工作总体思路和指导思想。两年来,我们围绕这一思路积级开展重点学科建设和人才培养工作,并取得一定成效。
