应用放射免疫法测定了复合因素所致大鼠肝纤维化血清及肝脏透明质酸(HA)含量的变化。结果表明:急性肝损伤期血清HA含量显著升高,且与天冬氨酸转氨酶水平正相关。肝纤维化发生时,肝脏HA水平增加,血清HA含量进一步升高。提示血清HA水平能反映肝功能障碍及肝纤维增生的变化,肝纤维化的发生与肝脏透明质酸代谢的变化可能有一定关系。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the changes of hyaluronic acid (HA) in serum and liver of rats with hepatic fibrosis induced by compound factors. The results showed that serum HA level increased significantly during acute liver injury and positively correlated with aspartate aminotransferase level. When liver fibrosis occurs, the level of liver HA increases and the level of serum HA increases further. The results suggest that serum HA level can reflect the changes of hepatic dysfunction and hepatic fibrosis. The occurrence of hepatic fibrosis may be related to the change of hepatic hyaluronic acid metabolism.
