目的:了解石家庄地区蔬菜中农药残留情况,为确保蔬菜食品安全提供监管依据。方法:运用NY/T761-2008《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留检测方法》,依据GB2763-2005《食品中农药最大残留限量》进行判定,对石家庄地区20个生产基地和市区四大蔬菜批发市场、20家超市随机抽取的5016份蔬菜进行农药残留分析。结果:所检5016份蔬菜中,有机磷农药超标率为2.5%。结论:应加强农药使用管理,从源头上杜绝高毒农药的使用,确保市民食用蔬菜的安全。
Objective: To understand the pesticide residues in vegetables in Shijiazhuang area and to provide the regulatory basis for ensuring the food safety of vegetables. Methods: The determination of organophosphorus, organochlorine, pyrethroid and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by the method of NY / T761-2008 was carried out. According to GB2763-2005 “Maximum Residues of Pesticides in Food” Shijiazhuang area 20 production bases and four vegetable wholesale markets in urban areas, 20 supermarket randomly selected 5016 vegetables for pesticide residue analysis. Results: Among the 5,016 vegetables examined, the exceeding standard rate of organophosphorus pesticide was 2.5%. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the management of pesticide use and eliminate the use of highly toxic pesticides from the source so as to ensure the safety of citizens eating vegetables.
