我省水利学会于1979年12月20日在南昌召开水工结构学组成立及学术讨论会。全省各地市、省直属水利部门及高等院校代表二十多人出席会议。省水利学会副理事长、省水利局万尚荫副总工程师,副理事长兼秘书长汤维增工程师,以及省科委有关同志参加了会议。会上,省水电设计院杨懋杰工程师和江西工学院赵寿元工程师分别做了题为《我省水利建设现状及今后重点研究课题》、《近期国内外水工技术发展概况》的学术报告。报告指出,解放以来我省水利建设取得了很大的成就,文化大革命前,我省建成了赣抚平原、袁惠渠、白塔渠等大中型灌溉工程和上犹江、江口、洪门等一大批中小型水力发电站之后,又陆
Hydrology Society of our province on December 20, 1979 held in Nanchang hydraulic structure group set up and seminars. More than 20 representatives from cities and provinces directly under the province, water conservancy departments and universities and colleges attended the conference. Provincial Water Conservancy Society vice president, Provincial Water Conservancy Bureau Wan Shangyin deputy chief engineer, vice chairman and secretary general Tang Weizeng engineers, as well as provincial science and Technology Commission comrades attended the meeting. At the meeting, Yang Maojie, an engineer from the Provincial Hydropower Design Institute, and Zhao Shouyuan, an engineer from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, respectively gave an academic report titled “Current Situation of Water Conservancy Construction in our Province and Key Research Topics in the Future” and “Recent Survey of Hydraulic Technology Development at Home and Abroad”. The report pointed out that since the liberation, great achievements have been made in water conservancy construction in our province. Before the Cultural Revolution, large and medium-sized irrigation projects such as the Gansu Plain, Yuanhui Canal and Baita Canal were built in our province and a large irrigation project such as Shangyoujiang, Jiangkou and Hongmen After a large number of small and medium hydropower stations, and land
