传统的数学课堂是新授课、练习课、复习课,课堂主要以“教师讲,学生听”“教师问,学生答”为教育模式,作业主要以巩固知识、强调运算技能为训练内容,如此机械重复的被动学习方式会导致学生慢慢对数学失去兴趣。针对此问题,学校数学教研组对数学的教学模式做了较大的变革,推行“先学后教,以学定教,少教多学,不教而教”的教学理念,把具有价值的问题或话题给学生充分的时间和空间去研究、去探索,先做先学,为新课做预备、做铺垫、做指引。有了充分的准备,数学课堂变成了学生自主展示、精彩交流的舞台。
