Recently, the General Office of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the Circular on the Promotion and Application of High-Strength Reinforcing Steel in 2013. The circular gives the opinions on the next step in applying high-strength steel. (1) Raise the application level of 400 MPa steel bar as a whole.
