儒家与法家是中华传统文化两大学派 ,两者管理理念相去甚远 ,行政方式大同小异 ,人事政策诸多一致.在漫长历史演变和社会管理实践中 ,不仅呈现互补性 ,且相互渗透及融合.“,”Confucianism and Jurisprudence are two major schools of thoughts in traditional Chinese culture. Their management theory is much far apart. However, their administrative executions are more or less the same. There are also many similarities among their human resource policies. Over the long period of historical evolution and social management practice, these two not only compliment each other but also penetrate and integrate into each other.
