在ZB N70001-87《试验机与无损检测仪器型号编制方法》标准中,按仪器仪表标准体系表,将试验机与无损检测仪器分为八大类产品:a.金属材料试验机;b.非金属材料试验机;c.力、变形检测仪;d.摩擦磨损润滑试验机与工艺试验机;e.平衡机;f.振动台、冲击台与碰撞台;g.运输包装件试验机;h.无损检测仪器。上述每一大类产品划分小类、组、型,并分别用其名称的汉语拼音的第一字母的大写表示。每个产品型号的完整形式,由下面五部份组成:
