笔者在分析我国医学实验室现状的基础上,从对医学实验室的思想认识、结构调整及质量控制等方面,对改善医学实验室的管理进行了探讨。

Based on the analysis of the status quo of medical laboratories in our country, the author discusses how to improve the management of medical laboratories from the aspects of ideological understanding, structural adjustment and quality control of medical laboratories.
