提出基于宏观量与分布量结合的最优环轧过程控制策略。采用刚粘塑性动力有限元模拟环轧动态过程,获得轧制过程中的分布量计算结果。结合环轧的运动关系和动力学方程等宏观量模型,确定最合理的轧制规程。提出环轧过程最优控制器的设计方法。该控制器可以使压力辊按要求的进给速率曲线运动,确保在最大环件直径增长率下获得无缺陷的成品。
The optimal ring rolling process control strategy based on the combination of macroscopic amount and distribution is proposed. The rigid-dynamic finite element method was used to simulate the dynamic process of the ring rolling, and the calculation results of the distribution in the rolling process were obtained. Combined with the macro-scale model of the kinematic relationship and kinetic equations of ring rolling, the most reasonable rolling schedule was determined. The design method of optimal controller for ring rolling process is proposed. The controller moves the pressure roller to the desired feed rate profile, ensuring a defect-free finished product at maximum ring diameter growth rate.
