介绍了50kJ液压模锻锤打击能量的研究。得出了在最大打击行程下,打击能量与充气压力的关系曲线;在不同的充气压力下,行程与打击能量的关系曲线。这2种关系曲线可用于液压模锻锤实现程序控制以及实际生产中。
The research on striking energy of 50kJ hydraulic die forging hammer is introduced. The curves of the relation between striking energy and inflation pressure under the maximum stroke are obtained. The curves of the stroke and striking energy under different inflation pressures are obtained. These two kinds of relationship curves can be used for hydraulic die forging hammer to achieve program control and actual production.
