头手倒立是初三男生体操教材内容,此项目主要是训练学生的空间平衡能力。练习时身体重心处于不稳定平衡状态,学生在练习提臀、蹬地等一系列动作过程中,重心不易控制,容易失败,而我们平常采用的辅助性练习又都不能很好地解决这一问题。本人经过多年的教学实践,摸索总结出一种行之有效的辅助练习方法——“倒爬墙”练习法。
The headstand is the content of the third grade male gymnastics textbooks. This project is mainly to train students’ space balance ability. When practicing, the body center of gravity is in an unstable equilibrium. During the series of exercises such as raising the buttocks and squatting grounds, the center of gravity is not easy to control, and it is easy to fail. However, the auxiliary exercises we usually use cannot solve this problem well. . After many years of teaching practice, I explored and summed up an effective method of assistive exercise - “climbing the wall” practice method.
