基于二维表面水流模型(MIKE21)结构和原理,将MIKE21模型应用于淮安市青浦区京杭大运河与里运河所包围地区,模拟特定降雨在该区域的淹没状况,基本反映出了研究区域的真实淹没情况。在此基础上,分析了城市洪涝区域淹没原因并做了治理初探,发现个别淹没区通过提高排水管网的排水能力和在淹没区附近设置合理的蓄水池均能减小淹没范围及淹没水深。
Based on the structure and principle of two-dimensional surface flow model (MIKE21), the MIKE21 model was applied to the area surrounded by Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Lidun Canal in Qingpu District, Huaian to simulate the submergence of specific rainfall in this area, basically reflecting the real Submerged situation. On this basis, the causes of flooding in urban floodplain are analyzed and the treatment is preliminarily discussed. It is found that the flooded area and submerged water depth can be reduced by improving the drainage capacity of the drainage network and setting reasonable reservoirs near the flooded area in individual flooded areas. .
