自《中华人民共和国献血法》实施以来,我市临床用血全部由自愿无偿献血者提供。随着无偿献血工作的深入宣传和开展,人们逐渐认识到无偿献血的重要性,参加献血的公民数量逐年增多,保证了临床用血的需要。对于符合献血条件的健康人来说,一次献全血200～400ml,约占全身血容量的5%～10%,机体通过循环代偿一般不会出现低血容量症状。
Since the implementation of the “Blood Donation Law of the People’s Republic of China”, all clinical blood in our city has been provided by voluntary blood donors. With the in-depth publicity and implementation of unpaid blood donation work, people are gradually realizing the importance of blood donation and increasing the number of citizens participating in blood donation, ensuring the need for clinical blood use. For healthy people in line with the conditions of blood donation, once donated whole blood 200 ~ 400ml, accounting for 5% to 10% of systemic blood volume, the body generally does not appear through the circulation of hypovolemia symptoms.
