一、九十年代世界经济变化的若干显著特点90年代,世界经济仍将继续经历深刻的变化,这些变化呈现出如下几个显著的发展趋势。首先,90年代的世界经济仍将低速增长。这可以从两方面分析。一方面存在着推动世界经济增长的因素,例如:1.海湾战争后国际资本市场利率的相对下降和油价的跌势有助于刺激世界经济从80年代和90年代之交的短期衰退中复苏。
I. Some Notable Features of the World Economic Change in the 1990s In the 1990s, the world economy will continue to undergo profound changes. These changes show the following significant trends. First, the world economy in the 1990s will continue to grow at a slow rate. This can be analyzed from two aspects. On the one hand, there are some factors that contribute to the world economic growth. For example: 1. The relative decline in international capital market interest rates and the decline in oil prices after the Gulf War helped to stimulate the world economy to recover from the short-term recession of the 1980s and 1990s.
