为科学制定107杨(Populus×euramericana cv.“74/76”)氮肥管理措施,研究了不同氮素水平下1年生107杨盆栽苗光谱及光合响应特征。结果表明:(1)不同氮素水平107杨光谱反射曲线的变化趋势基本一致,且均有绿色植物典型的“谷”和“峰”的特征;在不同的施氮量梯度下,随着施氮量的增加,高光谱反射率一阶导数也相应的升高,其在680~760nm的红边区域具有明显的向长波方向移动的趋势,其中以N-4(4g)表现最为明显;(2)在不同的施氮量梯度下,随着光照强度的增加,107杨叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)明显增加,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)降低。其中以不同光照强度下N-4(4g)处理叶片的光合能力均最强,生长发育状况最佳。
In order to scientifically establish the nitrogen management measures of Populus × euramericana cv. “74/76”, the spectral characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of one-year-old poplar 107 under different nitrogen levels were studied. The results showed that: (1) The trend of the spectral reflectance curves of 107 different poplar cultivars was basically the same, and the characteristics of typical “valleys” and “peaks” of green plants were all the same. Under different nitrogen application rates, The increase of nitrogen and the first derivative of hyperspectral reflectance also increased correspondingly, which showed a tendency of moving to the longwave direction in the red edge of 680 ~ 760nm, of which N-4 (4g) Under different nitrogen application rates, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr) and stomatal conductance (Gs) increased significantly with the increase of light intensity, while the intercellular CO2 concentration Ci) decrease. Among them, the photosynthetic capacity of N-4 (4g) leaves under different light intensities was strongest, and the growth and development were the best.
