朝鲜民族是我国独有的少数民族之一,在长期的地域文化影响下形成了独特的餐饮空间文化。本文在查阅朝鲜民族饮食相关书籍和文献的帮助下,研究朝鲜民族餐饮文化的现状及特色,总结朝鲜民族餐饮空间设计的元素及其表现形式,提出对朝鲜民族餐饮空间设计的优化措施,以进一步保护和完善朝鲜民族餐饮空间设计,促进朝鲜民族餐饮的可持续发展。
The Korean nation is one of the unique ethnic minorities in our country. Under the influence of long-term regional culture, a unique food and beverage space culture has formed. With the help of books and documents related to Korean national diet, this paper studies the status quo and characteristics of Korean national catering culture, summarizes elements of Korean national dining space design and its manifestations, and puts forward the optimization measures for Korean national dining space design, Protecting and Perfecting Korean Ethnic Dining Space Design and Promoting the Sustainable Development of Korean Ethnic Catering.
