原研哉似乎对白色有着特殊的偏好,他的大量设计作品都以白色作为主要色调。在原研哉的设计作品中,大量用到“白”的美的哲学。循着这种白的信息感知,解析“环境”和“条件”。在原研哉的眼里,留白并不是作为功能的一部分而存在,空与白本身就是一种美感。原研哉通过他的设计作品,将白营造的简洁美和微妙美展示给我们,促进我们对日本美学的理解、对人类社会的认识。
